Good To Go England We are delighted to have been awarded our 'We're Good To Go’ certificate by VisitBritain, in partnership with The National Tourist Organisations of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

This recognises that we are adhering to government and industry COVID-19 guidelines, ensuring processes are in place to maintain cleanliness and aid social/physical distancing when we open on July 4th.

Booking Policy

Rental is inclusive of our luxury welcome hamper, heating, power, basket of logs for the wood burner (Winter months) bed linen, towels and WiFi.

Following an enquiry a booking form will be sent via email confirming your reservation and requesting a 50% deposit. Once your deposit has been paid, your dates are removed from our availability calendar and a receipt will be acknowledged by email. The remaining 50% balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival. Should your arrival date be less than 8 weeks then payment in full is required.  A refundable damages deposit of £200.00 is required 24hrs prior to arrival once housekeeping have completed their check-out procedures and if all is in order refunded within 24hrs of departure.
